Collection: Cookbooks

Books have always played a significant role in my life. I have escaped into fantastical worlds filled with dragons and orcs fighting wizards and farmboys; an explored distant galaxies with aliens, spaceships, and strange foods. I have also delved into biographies, learning about presidents and world-changers, or men and women who dedicated their lives to helping others. 

Then there were the cookbooks. What began as a simple desire to find recipes for foods I craved quickly morphed into a passion for creating culinary experiences to be shared. From reimagining my grandmother's Banoffee Pie as an 11g dark chocolate bonbon to hosting roast honey-glazed chicken dinners with friends and strangers, food became a way to connect and create memories. 

So many of you have asked about the books I display at markets and events, sharing your own enthusiasm for cooking, baking, and pastry, That is why I am thrilled to finally say yes! I am now offering a curated selection of cookbooks on my website. Each one is chosen for its ability to spark creativity, broaden culinary horizons, and create meaningful experiences around food. 

(Note: Whilst the majority of cookbooks on offer will likely focus on chocolate and pastry, I will strive to include a diverse selection that encompasses a broader range of culinary interests, extenting behond baking to cooking in general).
