Who I Am

My name is Joshua Edwards. I am the owner and chocolatier at Sweet Sea Desserts, which I started during the first months of the pandemic. Having worked as a restaurant chef, specialising in starters and desserts, I knew that I never wanted to make a salad ever again, and that the average restaurant dessert was boringly predictable. 

Sweet Sea Desserts was started in order to bridge that gap. We are the only artisanal chocolatarie in Den Haag that recreates desserts as a two-bite experience; whilst we specialise in emulating the flavours, textures and layers that make a great dessert, our chocolates are for people who are looking for something different; exciting, nostalgic desserts that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home or your favourite local cafe-restaurant. We are based in Den Haag and ship throughout Europe, because everyone deserves to experience great desserts and even better chocolates.
