Named afer Sarah Gerhardt, who was the first woman to surf at Mavericks and is a pioneer in the world of male-dominated sport and big wave surfing. Whilst I myself have never done big wave surfing and never intend to, I have huge respect for the people who do. The physical limits they push, the challenges they overcome, and in her case, achieving something men always said was impossible for a woman to do... well, I just wished I could give her a box of chocolates to thank her for inspiring me to pursue my own dreams!

Each box of Gerhardt contains 16 artisinal chocolate bonbons (5 flavours), using various chocolate couvertures to highlight different flavour profiles.
